  • Made-to-Order Products: Most of our premium category products are custom made to order. Once you place an order, we will begin the stitching process, which typically takes 7 to 10 business days.
  • Casuals and Traditional category products will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Please note that processing times may vary based on demand or holiday seasons, but we will keep you informed of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We offer shipping within India .
  • Shipping for international destinations will be coming soon.
  • Orders are shipped from Trichy, Tamil Nadu via trusted courier services.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method chosen.

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders (India):
    Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on factors like customs clearance, the courier service, and local delivery logistics.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • While we strive to ship your order promptly, certain factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen events may cause delays. We will inform you of any significant delays and do our best to resolve issues quickly.

9. Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product(s) and your order number.
  • We will work with the courier and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
